By accessing or using the PublisherBox platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. The Credit Economy

PublisherBox operates on a credit-based economy. You agree to pay the micro-transaction fees associated with campaign activation ($1.00) and lead delivery ($0.003). All credits purchased are non-refundable unless required by law.

3. Data Usage & Ownership

You retain full ownership of the data collected through your publishing properties. PublisherBox acts as a data processor. You are responsible for ensuring your data collection complies with local laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not use PublisherBox to distribute illegal, fraudulent, or malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our quality standards.
